There's a lot of speculation about Brooke's upcoming return trip to Peru and future with World Mission News. Everyone seems to have an opinion
Should she finish school, or get involved in God's work on the mission field? But only one person can make this decision--and it's NOT Brooke. What will happen when Pastor Gregg finds out Brooke's still in High School?
How about you
Have you ever been totally convinced you were following God's will only to have you're plan thwarted by circumstances? Did you think you were you wrong about God's leading?

In Genesis 22 we read about a time when God asked His servant Abraham to do something Abraham could not understand. The chapter begins like this:
Some time later God tested Abraham. He said to him, "Abraham!"
"Here I am," he replied.
Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."
What do you think Abraham did? What would you do? Well, he certainly didn't understand, but because he trusted God's goodness and love, he obeyed! And look at how the story ends in verse 12:
"Do not lay a hand on the boy," he said. "Do not do anything to him. Now I know that you fear God, because you have not withheld from me your son, your only son."
The next time it seems God changed His mind or you followed Him for no reason, remember, God sometimes tests us to see if we really trust Him--sometimes, we need to see for ourselves.
