The Bible says whoever spares the rod hates his son, but he who loves him is diligent to discipline. And, finally mom, make sure you’re leaving your son or daughter a message in their books or lunch. These little acts of appreciation can go a long way toward building loving relationships that will last a lifetime. From those relationships you’ll have many opportunities to not just tell them about Christ, but help them know Him.
