This week, we’re taking a look at 10 things kids want from mom. We’re looking at two a day. Today we’re on two more things our kids want from mom. The first, eat dinner together. Kids like it. But, while you’re eating, kids want you to talk about weekend plans or family vacation. These are moments of investing in your children’s lives. Then, after you’ve talked and loved on them, talk again. The next thing kids want from mom is a night-time talk to one of your kids about anything: love, school, family or whatever is on your mind. We all sometimes fail to openly talk about the Gospel. Use these moments to talk about church activities, understand recent Sunday school Bible verses and ask questions to be sure they understand.
