A little girl was doing computer homework and saw something no elementary-aged child should see: internet porn. While mom was watching, the little girl accidently clicked on an ad. She screamed. Then cried. Despite all their precautions, it still happened. Here are some reminders to help. Have a filter installed on your computer and router settings set properly. Tell your kids clicking on internet ads is a no-no—viruses and porn are common. And monitor them. Also, establish rules. Tell them to look away and scream for a parent if they see something bad. Tears are okay. Let them cry. Nobody should have to see those things. Then remind them that God can save even the evil people who make bad pictures. He can also heal a hurting heart.
